The NYPD released this surveillance video of man dressed like a clown who menaced and chased after a subway rider.

He is a professional clown, who is charged with misdemeanor criminal menacing.

Police said he blocked a 16-year-old boy from exiting the train last week, eventually letting him go. Then as the boy ran away, he then allegedly pulled out a knife and chased the boy as he exited an uptown 6 train at East 96th Street on the Upper East Side.
