Suspect sought in Manhattan subway slashing

MIDTOWN, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police are trying to identify the suspect in a slashing at a Midtown Manhattan subway station.

They say he slashed another man in the face on the platform of the 8th Avenue and 34th Street station after they got into a dispute.

It happened just after 3 a.m. Wednesday.

Police are also looking for a woman who was with the suspect.

The 35-year-old victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment.
