3-alarm fire burns home in Kearny, NJ

KEARNY, N.J. (WABC) -- A three-alarm fire burned through a home in Kearny.

One resident escaped when flames shot through the roof of the Laurel Avenue home just before 2 a.m.

Firefighters kept the flames from spreading.

No injuries were reported.
