Couples that thought they were divorced, still married thanks to fake divorce lawyer in NJ

CLIFTON, N.J. -- Some people in New Jersey who think they're divorced might actually still be married, if they fell victim to a fake lawyer.

Prosecutors say 29-year-old Anastasya Varvaryuk sold invalid divorce judgments and forged a judge's signature on them.

She operated out of Empire Multi Services in Clifton but is not a licensed attorney.

Two victims have come forward, but investigators believe there are others.
