Man dances, smiles on roof of estranged girlfriend's burning home

INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was caught on camera smiling and dancing on the roof of his estranged girlfriend's burning home in Indianapolis.

Police say Matthew Russ, 25, stole her car and drove it through a utility pole, before setting fire to her home and climbing onto the roof armed with a butcher knife.

Officers shot him with rubber bullets, but he remained on the roof as the home burned beneath him.

Eventually, police used a Taser and more rubber bullets to take him into custody. He later underwent a mental evaluation.
