Rally held in Brooklyn over alleged police brutality in Target arrest
Bill Ritter has the story.

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There was a rally in Brooklyn to call attention to what protesters allege is case of police brutality inside a Target store.

Protesters gathered outside the Target on Flatbush Avenue.

A shopper recorded video there last month, of Arlando Brissett being punched by NYPD officers as he was arrested.

Police say Brissett refused to leave after being told the store couldn't provide him a receipt, then refused to identify himself.

He was charged with trespass and disorderly conduct.

The NYPD says Internal Affairs is investigating the officers' actions.
