Westchester County man accused of raping 4-year-old girl

MOUNT KISCO (WABC) -- A Westchester County man is under arrest after police say DNA linked him to the rape of a 4-year-old girl.

The incident allegedly happened on May 29 in Mount Kisco.

Authorities say the suspect, 36-year-old Sabino Serech, knew the girl's babysitter and was visiting the woman while she watched the child.

Serech was taken into custody last Friday after the DNA testing pointed to him as the predator.

He is charged with first-degree rape and was ordered held without bail following his arraignment Friday.
