Woman caught on camera stealing gold rings in Nyack

NYACK, N.Y. (WABC) -- A brazen jewelry heist in Rockland County was caught on camera.

Surveillance shows a woman reaching over a counter at a store in Nyack last week and stealing 24 gold rings worth $5,000.

A worker was just feet away, looking the other way.

Police are still trying to identify the thief.
