Police arrest man accused of punching 74-year-old woman in face in Brooklyn

CANARSIE, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police say they have arrested the man who punched a 74-year-old woman in the face in Brooklyn.

Authorities say 45-year-old Kent MacDougall walked up to the woman and punched her, causing her to fall to the ground.

It happened last week on Rockaway Parkway and Farragut Road in Canarsie.

The woman suffered a sprained wrist.
