Inwood residents concerned rezoning plan could price them out of neighborhood

INWOOD, Manhattan (WABC) -- There are fears among long-time residents of getting priced out of a neighborhood in upper Manhattan.

The concern stems from a controversial rezoning plan for Inwood.
