LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. -- A Babe Ruth will from December 1933 is being put up for sale by SCP Auctions.

Internet bidding is scheduled to close April 25, the company said Tuesday.

The nine-page document includes the player's "George Herman Ruth" signature and the signature of three witnesses. SCP said it has a letter of authenticity from Ruth's grandson, Tom Stevens.

SCP said this will was superseded by another in 1938. Ruth died in 1948.
