NEW YORK -- Tampa Bay Lightning forward Brian Boyle returned to the lineup for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals against the New York Rangers Monday at Madison Square Garden.
Boyle missed Game 1 of the series with an undisclosed injury. He practiced with the team on Friday but was sidelined for Saturday's series opener. He participated in the team's optional morning skate Monday.
During Monday's pregame warmups, Boyle was back in his normal spot, centering the fourth line with Brenden Morrow and J.T. Brown.
In 13 playoff games this season, Boyle has one goal and one assist for two points, including a minus-2 rating.
