Phelps Face tattoo artist inks Carmelo Anthony's '3 Dome Salute'

First, there was the Phelps Face tattoo. Now, Canadian artist Livia Tsang is showing her American spirit by creating a tattoo of Team USA and New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony.

Anthony, the former Syracuse star, left the Rio Olympics as the first U.S. men's basketball player to win three golds and becameTeam USA's Olympic career scoring and rebounding leader. He announced Sunday afternoon that he'sretiring from international competition. The Knicks open training camp next month.
