Yankees activate CC Sabathia for start against Blue Jays

Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia has been activated from the 10-day disabled list and will start New York's game Tuesday against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Sabathia has been out with a hamstring injury since June 13. The veteran left-hander is 7-2 with a 3.46 ERA this season.

The Yankees also activated right-hander Adam Warren from the DL and optioned right-handers Domingo German and Bryan Mitchell to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
