Six of the 10 victims were brought to NYU Langone in Brooklyn.
Among the victims still in the hospital is Mohamed Abdel Magid.
"I was in the middle of the sidewalk, and I see the truck coming really fast," Magid said.
Another man was able to dive out of the way on Third Avenue, but the truck grazed Magid.
"My leg, my knee, thank God I'm ok," he said.
Eber Coy, 30, was on his bike heading to pay a phone bill when he was hit. His brother said his leg is broken in two places and he is still in the hospital.
He says this will put a major financial strain on his brother who works making deliveries in Manhattan.
NewsCopter 7 was over the scene of the crashes that happened in multiple locations in less than an hour.

"He is severely injured," said Sofia Agag, a friend of Salah Rakchi. "A lot of broken bones. He's fighting for his life basically."
The family's attorney, Derek Sells, said Salah Rakchi is "currently in an induced coma."
He's a father of two and has a long road of recovery ahead.
"My husband is a really good person, a good father, a loving helper," his wife Nadjet Tchenar said.
The family's attorney announced an investigation into whether the police handled their pursuit of the U-Haul according to policy.
"A police cruiser actually ran up onto the sidewalk in a crowded neighborhood where there were stores in broad daylight," Sells said. "One must wonder if that was triggering for this driver."
The NYPD says it is also investigating whether that was handled correctly.
A 33-year-old officer was also hurt after responding to the scene.

She, as well as other eyewitnesses, say it was terrifying, almost like a scene out of a movie.
"I just like here, just standing by my bike," she said. "The car just hit me very quick. Crazy. I only see this in the movies. Very quickly."
