Police say 46-year-old Jamal Artis got into a minor accident with the suspect on 108th Street and Horace Harding Expressway around 2 p.m. Saturday.

The two men were arguing, authorities said, when the suspect got of his Acura, opened fire, and drove off.
Artis was found in his Chevrolet Impala, and he was rushed in critical condition to New York Presbyterian Hospital.
He died from his injuries on Monday.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
