By noon, there were no ground stops in effect for airlines in the United States. That comes after American Airlines, United and Delta asked the FAA for global ground stop on all flights overnight.

Airlines like United, Delta and American have issued travel waivers to the passengers. However, Spirit and Sun Country airlines said that they are not able to rebook travelers as their systems are down.
