Queens woman arrested in burglaries in Nassau County

According to the Nassau County Police Department, Nicole Holzer, 20 of Middle Village, was arrested and charged with three counts of second-degree burglary.

NASSAU COUNTY, Long Island (WABC) -- Police have arrested a Queens woman in multiple burglaries in Nassau County.

According to the Nassau County Police Department, Nicole Holzer, 20, of Middle Village, was arrested and charged with three counts of second-degree burglary.

On March 4, Holzer is suspected of going into a Dyckman Avenue, Garden City Park, home with an accomplice and taking jewelry, cash and personal papers.

On March 21, Holzer is accused of going into a home on Lehrer Avenue, in Elmont and taking jewelry, electronic equipment and cash. She is accused of taking jewelry and cash March 21 from a home on Wilson Boulevard, in Mineola.

The accomplice has not been arrested in any of these cases, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.

Holzer was arrested at home Friday. She was expected to be arraigned Saturday in Hempstead.
