NEW YORK (WABC) -- When Peloton instructor Jess Sims found herself facing an injury, she turned to HSS to get her back in the game. Jess and her HSS care team - orthopedic surgeon Dr. Riley Williams III and physical therapist Snehal Patel - share more about her journey back and how they continue to work together to keep her strong and moving forward.

Both clinicians are part of the Sports Medicine Institute at HSS, a multidisciplinary team of doctors, surgeons, therapists, and researchers who work together to provide world-class care for athletes at every level. The SMI combines advanced research, accurate diagnosis, and expert treatment with strong partnerships in professional sports to help patients recover, enhance performance, and prevent future injuries.
