SAN MARCOS, Calif. -- A man finds himself in trouble with the law after police near San Diego say he fondled a woman's feet at a college. Detectives say it happened at Cal State San Marcos on Thursday.

A woman claims the man she didn't know tried to caress, massage, and place her foot inside his mouth -- without her permission.

A San Diego tv news crew encountered the suspect, Emeka Ofoedu, as he returned home after bailing out of jail. He says the accusations are all false.

Ofoedu is is not enrolled at CSU San Marcos. Police say he also had issues at nearby Palomar College and he's not a student there either.
