Ladies of Cathedral High School Band to march in Columbus Day Parade

NEW YORK (WABC) -- They're grades have improved and their self-esteem has seen a big boost.

They are the members of the Ladies of Cathedral High School Band.

Some of them just started playing their instruments this year, but when you hear them, you'd never know their beginners.

They will be marching in this year's Columbus Day Parade in Manhattan.

WABC-TV, New York's #1 television station and the most-watched station in the nation, will proudly present the 70th Annual Columbus Day Parade on Monday, Oct. 13th at Noon.
