Entertainment reporter Sandy Kenyon has the latest details.

Actor John Goodman is back on the big screen in the new thriller called "10 Cloverfield Lane," but is that enough to make a trip to the theater worth your while?

It's considered a stealth movie since it was made under a different name to protect the surprise plot twist, with 100 million people getting their first glimpse in a Super Bowl ad that made a big impression.

"10 Cloverfield Lane" begins with a woman fleeing a relationship she no longer wants, but Michelle soon finds herself in far greater peril.

She wakes up in an underground bunker, where a character named Howard tells her that there's been an attack and everyone outside is dead.

Howard, played by Goodman, gives a performance so creepy and effective its being called Oscar worthy.

The characters, holed up underground, don't know what to think about the banging coming from outside, which adds to the intensity.

The suspenseful movie was produced by J.J. Abrams, who directed the latest Star Wars movie and revived the Mission Impossible franchise.

Goodman elevates the low-budget movie, but it's Mary Elizabeth Winstead and John Gallagher Jr. who rise to meet his challenge.

The finale is too good to spoil, but it's something very scary, and this one is good enough to highly recommend to everyone.
