2 of 4 suspects arrested in 2 bias attacks in Midtown

MIDTOWN (WABC) -- There is a second arrest in connection with two attacks in Midtown.

Police arrested two teenagers and charged them with the attacks on two people on West 45th Street.

One of the victims, Brandon Ballone, told Eyewitness News exclusively last week he thinks he was attacked because he is gay.

The remaining two suspects are believed to be between 16 and 20 years old.
