NEW YORK (WABC) -- New York City's so-called "Taxi King" is in hot water again.

The medallion mogul is now facing charges for allegedly threatening his business partner.

He has been charged with second-degree harassment after turning himself in Wednesday.

Savas Tsitiridis claims he feared for his life after a phone call with Freidman back in January.

It's another hit for once powerful businessman who Eyewitness News first reported owes millions in state taxes.
