FLATBUSH, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Court documents show that a Brooklyn man accused of killing his wife has confessed to the murder.

The documents show Phillip Martin confessed to dismembering 43-year-old Diana Rodriguez Martin with a wooden saw, then disposing of her body parts in a dumpster.

Diana was reported missing on Monday, but her family said they had not heard from her in over a month. Her husband is now charged with her death.
