Sketch drawn by Trump of New York City skyline sells for almost $30,000

NEW YORK, New York (WABC) -- President Donald Trump's autographed sketch of the New York City skyline sold for almost $30,000 Thursday night.

The sketch features Trump Tower in the center of the skyline and Trump's signature beneath it.

The bidding began at $9,000 for the drawing, which attracted 11 bids before selling for $29,184 at Nate D. Sanders Auctions.

Trump originally made the sketch for a charity event in 2005.
