MIAMI, Florida (WABC) -- A missing 20-year-old woman from Yonkers was located by police in Miami, Florida over the weekend.

Gabriella Camacho was last seen October 17th at the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

On Saturday night, Yonkers police got word that Camacho may have traveled to Miami, and worked with police in Florida to confirm that they found her. Camacho was taken to the hospital where she was evaluated, and is said to be healthy.

Police do not yet know why she traveled to Florida.

A surveillance picture from the Westchester County home of the Camacho family showed 20-year-old Gabriella Camacho, a Borough of Manhattan Community College student, leaving the house on October 17th.

Her father says he quickly found out she had other plans for her day.

"I got an email indicating she was flying to Tokyo," Camacho said.

At first Camacho thought it could be credit card fraud, but quickly learned it was booked by his daughter Gabriella, who has now been missing for 10 days.

"I immediately left work went to JFK to stop ticket. We came to the conclusion she did not board the flight," Camacho said. "I went right back to the school to follow up and come to find out she had a going away party to go to Tokyo for a tumor that has already been removed."

Camacho says his daughter has had three surgeries throughout her life to remove a brain tumor. The last one was in August of 2015.
