Partial wall collapse at construction site in Brooklyn

BROWNSVILLE (WABC) -- Authorities responded to the scene of a partial wall collapse at a construction site in Brooklyn.

It happened at about 11:15 a.m. Monday at 1933 Union Street in the Brownsville section.

A self storage unit was under construction when a brick wall fell onto the sidewalk.

One person was hurt in the aftermath of the collapse. The FDNY says they transported one man with a minor leg injury to Kings County Hospital.

The cause of the collapse is under investigation.
