Police arrest man in January fatal shooting in the Bronx

LONGWOOD, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police have arrested the gunman who shot and killed a man on a Bronx street in January.

Osiris Mosely, 24, of the Bronx, has been charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the death of Richard Kelly, 21.

Kelly was shot at about 10:15 p.m. on Jan. 13 in front on East 152nd Street in the Longwood section.

He was taken to Lincoln Hospital with gunshot wounds to his legs and to his back, and was pronounced dead. Investigators released surveillance video of the suspect in the murder at the time.
