Whole Foods partners with Instacart to offer online orders, delivery

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Food shopping is getting a whole lot easier for Whole Foods customers.

Shoppers in New York and 14 other cities will soon be able to order groceries online and have them delivered in as little as one hour.

The supermarket has partnered with Instacart and will begin in Austin, Texas and Boston before expanding to all the cities nationwide in which instacart operates.

Eventually, customers will also be able to place orders online and pick them up at the store.

The cities include Atlanta; Austin; Boston; Boulder, Colorado; Chicago; Denver; Houston; Los Angeles; New York; Philadelphia; Portland, Oregon; San Francisco; San Jose, California; Seattle and Washington, D.C.
