LeBron James got the last word Monday night, trolling New York Knicks big man Enes Kanter with "I'm King" shoes in his visit to Madison Square Garden.

Back in November, Kanter had to be separated from James in a chippy game at MSG.

After James engineered a fourth-quarter comeback in the game, he posted a photo to Instagram of himself standing on top of the Knicks logo on the floor at Madison Square Garden. The caption contained a crown emoji, the words "of New York" and the hashtags #myfavoriteplayground #striveforgreatness.

The feisty Kanter challenged the Cavaliers superstar.

"I don't care what you call yourself. King, Queen, Princess, whatever you are," Kanter said. "You know what, we're going to fight and nobody out there [is] going to punk us," Kanter said.

When told of Kanter's comment, James replied: "I'm the King, my wife is the Queen and my daughter is the Princess. So we got all three covered."

Not to Kanter's way of thinking. "We've already got a king; it's Kristaps Porzingis," Kanter said. "Sorry about that."

James had 26 points, six rebounds and 11 assists, but may have made his biggest statement in Monday's 123-109 win by letting his shoes do the talking.
