NEW YORK -- Brooklyn Nets forward Thaddeus Young will play Tuesday night against the Indiana Pacers, the team announced.

Young will start and there will be no restrictions on his playing time.

Young had missed the previous two games with a strained left knee.

Young, 26, is averaging 13.6 points on 49.5 percent shooting since being traded to the Nets.

Brooklyn (32-40) is seeking its first four-game winning streak of the season.

Point guard Deron Williams, who has been dealing with an illness and missed the team's shooting session on Monday, says he feels better and is also available to play for the Nets.

The Nets are tied with the Boston Celtics for eighth place in the Eastern Conference, though the Celtics (33-41) own the tiebreaker.
