Riders say new subway countdown clocks are inaccurate
Ken Rosato reports on the MTA's reaction to riders saying new countdown clocks are inaccurate.

NEW YORK -- The MTA will be testing its new countdown clocks after riders complained the times are inaccurate.

The LCD countdown clocks on lettered subway lines are part of the MTA's plan to modernize the subway system, but riders are saying the clocks display the wrong times.

The new clocks use different technology than the ones on the numbered lines, relying on Bluetooth sensors to estimate when a train will arrive at the station.
