The problems at 42nd St-Bryant Park caused B train service to be suspended in both directions.

Subway service was restored with extensive residual delays after signal problems disrupted service on multiple lines Monday morning.

The problems at 42nd St-Bryant Park caused B train service to be suspended in both directions.


A police investigation at Broadway-Lafayette also disrupted service.

Eight lines were affected in all, with delays and service changes on the A, B, C, D, E, F, G and M lines.

M trains were suspended in northern Queens and Manhattan.

All service resumed at 9:30 a.m.
