Woman caught on surveillance video stealing tip jar from Staten Island restaurant

BULLS HEAD, Staten Island (WABC) -- A woman was captured on surveillance video stealing a tip jar from a restaurant on Staten Island on Tuesday afternoon.

The incident took place inside Hawaii Poke Bowl on Richmond Avenue in the Bulls Head section.

According to a manager, the woman placed an order and while she was waiting for her food, she placed her jacket over the jar, wrapped it up, and walked out with it.

It's unknown exactly how much money was inside the tip jar.
