Sword attack in Eastchester in Bronx leaves man badly hurt

EASTCHESTER, Bronx (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man wanted in a sword attack in the Bronx.

Around 2:30 p.m. Monday, near Merritt Avenue and Conner Street in Eastchester, a man got into an argument with another person who then followed the victim and attacked him with a sword.

According to the New York City Police Department, victim was seriously injured on his left arm. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The suspect is described as a black man, 25-30 years old, wearing a black shirt and black pants.
