BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A community in Brooklyn threw a vaccination block party on Thursday night.
Bethany Baptist Church and the National Action Network teamed up with the NYPD to boost vaccination rates in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
Organizers say such block parties are a key way to raise vaccination rates in certain neighborhoods.
