DOI report questions de Blasio administration over nursing home closure

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There's another blow for New York Mayor Bill de Blasio's administration on the wrong end of a devastating Department of Investigations report.

A complicated, and some say questionable business deal, with a politically connected developer shutdown a nursing home for AIDS patients in favor of building luxury housing.
