HELL'S KITCHEN, Manhattan (WABC) -- The Saturday before Labor Day is more than the start of a holiday weekend for many, it's the celebration of one of the most loved savory foods -- bacon.

It's known as "International Bacon Day" -- basically a reason for people to get together to eat bacon.

In New York City, there's a restaurant that serves nothing but bacon (of course) in all different forms -- from beverages to full meals and even dessert.

BarBacon in Hell's Kitchen works under the presumption that bacon is a supreme ingredient, and works to pair different bacon from across the country with local craft beers.
