SAN FRANCISCO -- Super Bowl 60 between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks kicked off Sunday, February 8, at 3:30 p.m. at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.

The U.S. Airforce and U.S Navy will be flying over Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara ahead of the Super Bowl, according to a U.S. Airforce press release.
They are flying to commemorate the United States' 250th birthday.
The formation will feature two Air Force B-1 Lancers, two F-15C Eagles alongside a pair of Navy F/A-18E Super Hornets, and two F-35C Lightning IIs.

An Oakland teen from McClymonds High School is one of three kids selected to participate in the Super Bowl coin toss.
Dominic Davis was a leader on McClymonds' football team.
He said he views football as a way to honor his family and the city of Oakland.
Dominic will join 17-year old Yesenia, who is a flag football player at her school in San Jose, and four-time "Youth of the Year" winner for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley.
She won't get to do the actual coin flip, but in case they need her, she has been practicing.
"You have to get your thumb under...what did I say, tails never fails!," Yesenia said.
Fun fact, tails has come up 31 times in Super Bowl coin toss history, compared to 28 times for heads.
When the clock hit 7 p.m. on Saturday, the streets of San Jose went off.
Internationally known and Grammy-nominated DJ, Dom Dolla, who is from Australia and of Filipino descent, took the stage to cheering fans.
In front of City Hall, once again, thousands turned out for another night of Super Bowl festivities, with people coming to San Jose's block party from all over the country.
It was the city's final Super Bowl party as the countdown for the big game begins.

It's a big weekend for Bad Bunny fans! Gov. Gavin Newsom has now declared Super Bowl Sunday "Bad Bunny Day" in California ahead of his halftime performance in the Bay Area.
He made the announcement on X, where Newsom praised the Puerto Rican artist while also trolling President Donald Trump.
Newsom has been imitating the president's social media writing style in the past few months, including his post about Bad Bunny.
"As many people know, I am a tremendous lover of 'the Spanish.' It is a beautiful language spoken by many beautiful people in the great state of California and across the world. I am also a huge fan of Puerrrrrrrto Rico," Newsom wrote. "That is why I am declaring tomorrow in California as 'Bad Bunny Day,' when Bad Bunny performs at the big game in the Golden State with his soothing, beautiful voice, and his very nice looks."
