Around 3.6 million people were on the lottery registration site at 10 a.m., a city official said.
On Monday, the first day of the lottery, the 50,000 registration limit was reached in just three minutes.

One thousand tickets will be split across several matches.
New Yorkers will have the opportunity to register to enter a ticket lottery each morning until 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 30.
Winners will be notified on June 3.
Residents can enter once online per day.
