Summer starts off on right note with return of Lincoln Square's jazz concert series
LINCOLN SQUARE, Manhattan (WABC) -- Summer is starting off on the right note with the return of a beloved concert series kicking off Wednesday.
The fifth annual Lincoln Square Business Improvement District concert series, "Summer Jazz Sensations," starts at 12 p.m. in Dante Park with performances by Camille Thurman and Darrell Green Quartet.
This year, Lincoln Square BID is partnering with local eatery Le Botaniste to offer treats, bites and sips at select concerts and the West Side Y to offer gentle stretch yoga.
From now until Sept. 16, attendees can enjoy performances every Wednesday by local well-known jazz musicians from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Broadway between 63rd and 64th Streets.
