The body of Omer Neutra, a member of the IDF who was killed by Hamas shortly after the attacks in Gaza, has been returned to Israel and his family, according to the Anti-Defamation League.
Ronen and Orna Neutra spent more than a year not knowing whether their son was alive or dead.
Capt. Neutra's parents and younger brother were in Washington, D.C. On October 7 in hopes of being able to get his body back.
Neutra was previously thought to have been taken hostage. He was serving as a tank platoon commander at the time of the attack.
