NEW YORK (WABC) -- ATG Entertainment and "The Book of Mormon on Broadway" announced the show's re-opening plans following the May 4 fire at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre.

The current plan sees the long-running Broadway musical resume performances on Thursday, May 21, with its box office reopening Friday, May 15, at 10 a.m.

To celebrate the show's 15th anniversary, the first 50 people at the box office on Friday can purchase up to two $15 tickets for select performances throughout the summer.

"The work inside the theatre is being completed by an extraordinary team that has made tremendous progress," wrote ATG Entertainment and The Book of Mormon in a press release, adding that they "are extremely grateful to the FDNY and the Department of Buildings for their help and cooperation throughout the repair efforts."

If there end up being changes to the current reopening schedule in the coming days, ATG Entertainment and The Book of Mormon will update audiences.
