3 firefighters hurt in fire at Chinese restaurant in Flatbush; lithium-ion batteries removed
FLATBUSH, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Hazmat crews had to be called to the scene of a restaurant fire in Flatbush, Brooklyn on Wednesday to remove lithium-ion batteries from the premises.
Three firefighters suffered minor injuries while battling the fire that broke out at Nice Chinatown restaurant on Foster Avenue around 5:45 p.m., according to FDNY officials.

It took them about 90 minutes to bring the fire under control.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
