1 burned amid blaze that consumed Long Beach home

LONG BEACH, Long Island (WABC) -- Firefighters on Long Island were busy Friday night as a large house fire raged.

Crews battled the blaze at a home off Boyd Street in Long Beach that started around 10:30 p.m.

Dramatic images showed massive flames and smoke billowing from the house.

One person received burn injuries.

Several nearby fire departments responded to the fire.

Investigators are still looking into the cause of the fire.
