Police: Man punches woman who asked him to put out cigarette on subway in the Bronx

CONCOURSE VILLAGE, The Bronx (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man who attacked a passenger on the subway in the Bronx.

The attack happened in July on a northbound 2 train near Grand Concourse and East 149th Street.

Police say the suspect began smoking a cigarette on the train and the victim asked him to put it out. The suspect then punched her multiple times.

The woman suffered minor injuries.

The suspect fled the scene.
