The FDNY responding to several stuck elevators.
The residents currently have no power, no heat, and no water.
"I said this is crazy because I was cooking dinner and the lights were slowly going off and I got scared and I said to my sister, 'Let's get out of here, I don't know what's going on.' I come out side and I see firefighters, cops, ambulance, everybody just out here," a tenant said.
"No lights in my house, there's no water. What am I going to do right now? You know what I'm saying, what am I going to do? No lights, no water, this is bull****," said Sharon Folks, a resident.
Tenants are very frustrated as some say this happened just a week ago.
EMS is standing by for anyone that might have any medical issues at the scene.
Buildings have their own power grid. It's not yet known how long the outage could last or what caused it.
