Severe thunderstorm causes downed trees, delayed flights

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Severe thunderstorms with heavy wind rolled through the area on Saturday night and left behind a trail of damage that disrupted train service and delayed flights across the area.

Downed trees stretch across roads and front yards in New Jersey and Queens. A massive tree landed on top of a Jeep in the Bronx.

New York City Parks report more than 250 calls for downed trees.
