Social media explodes after Garner grand jury decision

NEW YORK (WABC) -- NYPD Community Affairs put out a Tweet as the decision was announced including the hashtag #Wehearyou.

Immediately, people on Twitter began to fire back. Most saying that they do not trust the police and this case is a shining example as to why.

Later on Wednesday, videos of the protests in New York City were posted by several Instagram users.
